Disbursements include:
- Title Search
- Title registrations (i.e. one transfer, one mortgage)
- Processing and registration of one standard, routine institutional mortgage
- Review of a status certificate (if applicable)
- Title insurance policy
- Administrative costs such as couriers, photocopies, postage, fax transmissions, long-distance telephone, and software cost
- HST
- For purchases in the City of Toronto, please add $82.86+HST for Municipal Land Transfer Tax processing fee payable to the City of Toronto
Note: Land Transfer Tax or Municipal Land Transfer Tax is NOT included in any of the above offers and is payable separately, on closing, through our office, to the government.
